Fresh and local ingredients
Our Chef only uses local suppliers for our dishes .All vegetables and fruit are used as fresh in season. She has introduced a very sought after Gluten Free menu. All soups and sauces are all gluten free friendly as well as sourcing Gluten Free Brioche baps and breads for our dishes that we serve in the Fáilte Restaurant and Fáilte Bar. We also serve Gluten Free sausages and black & white pudding. Being Gluten Free doesn’t mean one should miss out on a tasty Fáilte Full Irish Breakfast!
We specialise in lobsters and oysters from our fish tank.
